So I’ve just got back to my hotel room, Emma’s fucking stupid o’clock taxi service is now shut. I’m only joking of course, it’s worth it. I’ve had a brutal night, and while I’m still in a glorious mood, I thought I’d test my new review script that Sandles wrote for me. There’s a ton of books I want to review, but I wanted a short one, because I need to get my arse moving soon. And I’m not kidding here, but a sex guide that’s only 50 pages long had me curious. I wasn’t expecting greatness. But fuck me.
Obviously I already knew this book was wasted on me before I opened it. I do not care how a man feels in bed. I am in it for me and what I feel, which is exactly why I keep the company I keep and have a paid slave. The whole premise of figuring out what is going on in his head so you can fuck him better and keep him thinking about you did not apply to me, it’s just bullshit. Still, I thought I would give it a try. Sometimes you pick something up just to see if there is anything in it that might still be useful even when the angle is completely backwards from how you actually live.
Before I did my taxi run this morning, I said to “my guy”, I’m going to review this, get me a photo.
What is it? He asks.
A sex guide.
He looks at me with a slight smile. Really? He chuckles. 50 pages? Bitch, please. There’s more sheets on a bog roll.
Admittedly, that made me laugh.
As stated, the book is a short, self-published guide that positions itself as a roadmap for women who want to influence their partners mentally, physically, and sexually. The core idea is that combining emotional insight into “what men think” with stronger sexual techniques will keep a man interested and create better chemistry. Not going to lie here, any woman that can fit their sexual knowledge on just 50 pages is terrible in bed. I know a guy that wrote a 300 page book on oral sex alone, so this lady is somewhat of a joke, I’m sorry.
From the talking points that show up around this title and similar ones in the same series, the main positives are that it tries to link communication and emotional intimacy with practical bedroom advice rather than treating sex as purely mechanical. Some readers appear to have found the framing useful if they wanted a quick, straightforward push toward being more proactive and less passive in the relationship.
The negatives dominate the available feedback. The book is repeatedly described as thin. At under 60 pages it covers topics like thinking like a man, creating emotional intimacy, and spicing things up, but without much depth, new information, or specific techniques that go beyond standard magazine-style tips. Writing quality is a consistent complaint: awkward phrasing, poor editing, and a tone that feels more like generic advice recycled from other low-effort guides than something carefully developed. Several people who picked it up expecting actionable, detailed guidance on either the emotional or physical side found it surface-level and not worth the time. I read it in just under an hour and wasn’t impressed. I could write a lord of the rings tomb about sex before I’ve even eaten my waffle.
Overall it reads as one of the many short, clickbait-titled relationship/sex guides that promise a big shift (“fuck him beyond his wildest dreams”) but deliver a brief, lightly edited overview. If someone is looking for a dense, well-researched, or genuinely practical resource on either female pleasure or understanding male psychology, the talking points suggest this does not deliver. It is more of a light, generic starter that most reviewers did not find particularly helpful.
