Welcome to The Unfiltered Club, Emma Webb’s private online community for women who love a good natter, a little gossip, plenty of laughs and the freedom to be gloriously themselves.

Think of this as your favourite girls’ night in, except nobody has to put on a bra or find a babysitter.

Before you pull up a chair, there are a few house rules. Nothing complicated, just the important stuff that keeps our club welcoming, safe and enjoyable.

By purchasing a membership or using The Unfiltered Club, you agree to these Membership Terms & Community Rules.

1. Who can join?

The Unfiltered Club is a community intended for women aged 18 and over.

By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Membership is for your personal use. Please don’t share your login details or allow someone else to use your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the community, prevent misuse or comply with the law.

2. Your membership options

We currently offer two membership passes:

Monthly Pass — £4.99

30 days of access to The Unfiltered Club.
One-off payment.
No automatic renewal.
Purchase another pass whenever you want to extend your access.

Annual Pass — £49

365 days of access to The Unfiltered Club.
One-off payment.
No automatic renewal.
Save £10.88 compared with purchasing twelve £4.99 monthly passes.

Membership access begins once your payment has been successfully confirmed and your membership has been activated.

Your expiry date is displayed in your club account.

We will never automatically charge you for another membership pass under these arrangements. You decide whether and when to renew.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed during checkout.

3. What’s included in your membership?

An active membership gives you access to the club features currently available, including:

The Group Chat — everyday gossip, laughs and lively conversations.
Wine & Whine — somewhere to vent, rant and get things off your chest.
Ask Emma — questions, dilemmas and discussions with Emma and fellow members.
After Dark — grown-up conversations and cheekier topics.
Your personal club profile and nickname.
The ability to start discussions, reply and react.
Conversation-following and in-club notifications.

We may add, update, rename or occasionally remove features as the community develops.

We cannot guarantee that Emma or other members will respond to every conversation or question.

4. Our golden rule: be lovely, not nasty

We welcome opinions, disagreements, confessions, rants and a little cheeky humour.

But there’s a difference between being unfiltered and being unkind.

Please:

Treat other members with respect.
Disagree without bullying or personal attacks.
Avoid harassment, threats, hate speech and discriminatory abuse.
Respect other people’s boundaries.
Don’t post another person’s private information without permission.
Don’t impersonate other people or create misleading accounts.
Don’t spam, advertise or promote businesses without permission.
Don’t share illegal content or encourage illegal activity.
Don’t upload material that infringes someone else’s rights.
Don’t deliberately disrupt conversations or spoil the experience for others.

A little gossip is fine. Targeted cruelty isn’t.

5. What happens in the club should stay in the club

The Unfiltered Club is a members-only space, and we ask everyone to respect that.

Please don’t copy, screenshot, publish or share another member’s conversations, photographs or personal stories outside the club without their permission.

Important: Although we expect members to respect each other’s privacy, we cannot guarantee confidentiality. Other members may still copy or share content despite the rules.

For your own protection, avoid posting personal addresses, telephone numbers, financial details, passwords or anything you wouldn’t want seen outside the community.

6. After Dark: adults-only conversations

Our After Dark room is intended for adult discussions.

You can talk openly about relationships, dating, intimacy and other grown-up subjects, provided conversations remain respectful and lawful.

However, the following are not permitted:

Sexual content involving anyone under 18.
Non-consensual intimate images or threats to share them.
Sexual harassment, coercion or exploitation.
Explicit pornographic images or videos.
Content promoting abuse or illegal activity.
Unwanted sexual advances towards other members.

We may remove content that is inappropriate for the community, even where it is not otherwise unlawful.

7. Sharing advice and personal experiences

Members may discuss relationships, wellbeing, family life, work, finances and other personal subjects.

These conversations are for general discussion and peer support.

The Unfiltered Club does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or mental health advice.

Advice or opinions shared by Emma or other members should not replace guidance from a qualified professional.

The club is not an emergency support service.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.

8. Moderation and reporting

We want everyone to feel comfortable taking part.

Members can report conversations or replies that break these rules or cause concern.

Emma and authorised moderators may review reported content and take appropriate action, including:

Editing or removing posts and replies.
Issuing warnings.
Restricting posting privileges.
Temporarily suspending accounts.
Ending membership access for serious or repeated breaches.

We will aim to act fairly and proportionately, taking account of the circumstances.

Moderation is not continuous or guaranteed to be immediate.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Our membership passes are digital services purchased through WooCommerce.

Because membership access may begin immediately after payment, we ask you to consider your purchase carefully.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Under UK consumer law, online purchases of services generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to applicable rules about services started during that period.

Where you expressly request immediate access during the cancellation period, any lawful deduction for services already provided will depend on the circumstances and the information and consent obtained during checkout.

We will not assume that simply accessing the club automatically removes your cancellation rights.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, request a refund or raise a problem, contact us using the details below.

We will assess requests in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Because passes do not renew automatically, there is no recurring subscription payment to cancel.

If you decide not to renew, your access will normally end when your current pass expires.

10. Membership suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated rule breaches, fraud, security concerns or unlawful activity.

We will consider the circumstances and any applicable consumer rights before deciding whether a refund is due.

You may stop using the club at any time.

Ending your participation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused membership time, except where required by law or agreed by us.

11. Your posts and photographs

You remain responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it.

You retain ownership of your original content.

By posting in The Unfiltered Club, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, display and technically process that content as needed to operate, moderate and maintain the community.

This permission does not give us unrestricted rights to use your private club stories or photographs in public advertising.

We will seek appropriate permission before featuring identifiable member contributions in promotional material, unless another lawful basis clearly applies.

We may remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy and personal information

We process member information to operate accounts, manage payments, provide club access and moderate the community.

Your nickname, avatar, profile details and contributions may be visible to other members.

13. Availability and technical issues

We’ll do our best to keep The Unfiltered Club running smoothly, but websites occasionally need maintenance or experience technical problems.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Where a significant issue prevents members from accessing a substantial part of the service, we will consider appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable consumer law.

14. Changes to the club or these terms

The Unfiltered Club is an evolving community.

We may update features, community rules and these terms from time to time.

If we make material changes that significantly affect existing paid memberships, we will provide appropriate notice and respect applicable consumer rights.

Changes to membership prices will not retrospectively increase the price of a pass you have already purchased.
